For me, yoga is not just a series of postures or a workout; it is a well rounded approach to life that encourages self-discovery and self-expression. When we connect with our bodies and minds, we tap into a wellspring of potential and joy within ourselves.
All of my life I’ve been a mover and shaker. As a little bitty boy I wouldn’t stop doing flips off the couch. This passion for wild movement was embraced and harnessed for many years through the art of dance. As a professional dancer and teacher, I often practiced yoga as a means to more deeply understand my body’s potential and focus my thoughts. Yoga in its many forms has always helped me to feel more centered in this gorgeous chaos we call life.
During a transformational period in my life, yoga helped me rediscover what I’m capable of and how to shine bright in this world. It also enabled me reinvigorate my love for movement with renewed purpose to guide others in exploring their own physical, mental, and energetic potential. My classes are structured in a way to foster strength, flexibility, balance, as well as mindfulness striving towards inner peace.
